Our Returns Policy

Returning Single Items: 
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date on your order. However, we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe to have been used for any period of time. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification. When you have a free gift as part of an order and then return some or all of the other items, excluding the free gift, a refund will be made less the cost of the minimum spend and/or the free item.

If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then we will send you your replacement item without any additional delivery cost. If you choose to order a replacement item you can do so if the item is the same or a lesser price.  If the item is a lesser price then an appropriate refund will be made. If it’s more, please ask for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

Returning Collections:
Please note if your order was a Collection and you were satisfied with some but not all of the items, you need only return those items that you were not satisfied with. 

Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery

 

How do I get a refund?

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us according to our returns policy. We will also refund the cost of the return postage when it is sent by standard postal service. Courier charges, special delivery or recorded delivery costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit/gift card used.

Returns from the UK

To return an item, please click here https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/4529 to print your free returns label. This label can also be printed by the Post Office. Once you have completed the form you will receive an email with both a label and a code for the PO to use if you are unable to print your own label. 

Please enclose a note with your name,address, order number and let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange, include details of any exchange required.

Before returning your item/s, please recycle as much of the packaging as you can in your household recycling and just return the product - we do not need the leaflet, tissue paper, outer cardboard product sleeve or bubble wrap.

From the US

Should you wish to return any of your products to us, please notify us by emailing info@lookfabulousforever.com with your order details including order number, your name and address and which items you are returning to us and the action you would like us to take i.e. refund or exchange. We will then arrange to send you a free Returns Postage Label via email to place on your parcel to send back to our warehouse facility in Florida. When returning your order please consider the amount of packaging that you use and use recyclable material where possible. Please enclose a note with your name,address, order number and let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange, include details of any exchange required

Please notify us by emailing info@lookfabulousforever.com with your order detail and pop a note into your returns parcel clearly stating your name, address, which items you are returning and the action you would like us to take i.e. refund or exchange.

Can I exchange a product for something else?

If you’d prefer to exchange for a different product, that’s fine as long as the new product is the same price or less than you’ve already paid. If it’s less, we’ll refund the difference. If it’s more, please ask for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product

Your first exchange per item is free. Any further exchanges or returns will incur a £10 handling charge per item to cover postage, package, and handling

Products received as a free gift may only be exchanged for another shade of the same product and not for another product

 

How do I use the Recycling Scheme?

Simply pop your empties in an envelope and post back to us at 19 Dairymoor Wickham Hants PO17 5JR (using the standard postal service). This is currently only valid for the UK, but in the future we will look to expand this facility internationally
