We hope that you are delighted with your order. We realise that choosing makeup online may be challenging. However, we try to make it as easy as we can by showing you the products on real women in the gallery, also in our video tutorials and by offering advice and guidance on choosing colours.
Returning Single Items: If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date on your order. However, we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe to have been used for any period of time. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.
If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then we will send you your replacement item without any additional delivery cost. If you choose to order a replacement item which is a different price to the item you originally ordered, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been refunded and to arrange payment for the replacement product.
Returning Collections: Please note if your order was a Collection and you were satisfied with some but not all of the items, you need only return those items that you were not satisfied with.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
Returns Note and Postage Label
Within the order packaging, you will find details of your order together with the Returns Note. If you have not received these documents, or the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. If you no longer have your returns documentation then please pop a note into your returns parcel clearly stating your name, address, which items you are returning and the action you would like us to take i.e. refund or exchange.

Returning Your Goods
1. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt when you return the goods but please don't include this Proof of Postage with your return. The Proof of Postage is so that you can prove to us that you have returned the goods if we don’t receive your parcel for any reason.
2. Simply re-package the goods in their original packaging, stick on the Returns Label and post back to us (using the standard postal service) with the completed returns note.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us according to our returns policy within 30 working days of the order date. We will also refund the cost of the return postage when it is sent by standard postal service. Courier charges, special delivery or recorded delivery costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit/gift card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 30 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
