Dear Tricia; Thank you for your inspirations and creativity. I sadly missed your chat with author Kathy Sharp and wondered if there was a way to listen to it, or find out more about her journey into writing?. I am a Brit living in Canada, so our times are five hours behind and I missed the chance. I love your business model and your focus on women of "Grace" as I like to think of us as we navigate life moving into our fifties and onwards. I believe that the time is now, more than ever before, to embrace and honour and celebrate the later years and that the world as a whole should and must start to value the older generation and the gifts we have to share. Living life with purpose and contribution, service and care for each other gives meaning and longevity. I am so done with a mindset that views ageing as negative and redundant, and you are a perfect example of what can be accomplished and attained. Thank you; Respectfully, Jo Kemp

Some of your comments really resonated with me and I'm sure with many others too. On one of your talks could you get a counsellor/life coach to talk about how to build up the courage and confidence to make major life changes when you are in your 50/60/70/80's, such as starting a new career, moving to a different part of the country or abroad for a fresh start, leaving a partner after a long marriage etc. As an example Fay Wheldon who has just got divorced at the age of 89 springs to mind!

I'm lucky to have been a confident person most of my life but getting a degree at 38 certainly boosted that after many years at home with my children. I don't do Facebook or other social media but like to catch things on youtube so thanks for doing that. Your daily videos were wonderful during the lockdown but only now do I seem to be experiencing some of the emotions others reported at the time. Music in particular leaves me in tears and I have to work hard to keep positive. Thank goodness for gin/sherry vermouth, Nairn's Cheese Oatcakes and my exercise regime!

Thank you so much for organising this. As I live alone I am dreading another month of isolation so I have put the dates in my empty diary and now have something to look forward to. You are a star! Annee xx

That's great Annee - it was so nice to have you in 'my' group last Tuesday when we were hosting Robin Ellis. Look forward to having your company and that of everyone else who needs to be diverted and entertained in another lockdown. Tx
