<p>Glad that you had a good holiday Tricia and your clothes choices were perfect. I noticed that your Film Club is showing "The Children Act". That is an amazing film and certainly worth viewing. I have recommended it to a number of friends but they don't like Emma Thompson. I think that it is because she has strong political and environmental views. I just think that she is a very good actress.</p>

<p>Tricia's outfits look good, but far removed from an essential wardrobe of 2 bottoms, 3 tops, something warmer, hat, 2 prs shoes, The things you do not see 2 bras, 3 pr knickers, 2 pr foot only socks, an old silk top and bottom to wear as pyjamas that could double as daywear. Decant face creams into small pots, basic makeup (like use brown shadow on eyebrows and do not take eyebrow make up).</p>

<p>Hi Linda - lots of questions. I loved last years's villa in Lerici so much that I have returned. It's right at the top, so spectacular views of the harbour and the villages opposite it. No desire to go anywhere, especially by sea (1) So am spending gloriously relaxing time with my friend just painting, reading, sleeping and eating (not necessarily in that order!) We have been down to the harbour to eat twice via the free bus which comes every 30 minutes, as it stops very near to the villa. I love this place so much whether alone or with company, so i suspect i will be back again. Tx</p>

<p>With all your previous experience you have got your holiday choices down to a fine art. A nice range of clothes which are very English woman abroad. Although I don’t know how you can bear to wear trousers in such hot weather; plenty of air conditioning where you stay I guess.</p>

<p>Looking lovely as usual Tricia. The key is sticking to a fairly limited group of colours which I'm not very good at doing ! Dresses are back in a big way which pleases me : I've bought 2 longer ones recently. My problem is having too many clothes so too much choice but I'm also very bad at paring back. Probably too late to change my ways now, however, although not according to Sandra last week!</p>

<p>Hi Tricia, fabulous outfits and I am so jealous of you being in Lerici again! Are you going to do the Cinque Terre villages? If so and you didn’t do so last year really recommend train rather than boat as the steps to and from the dock in several villages rammed with people waiting for ferry making ascent and decent quite difficult. Having said that it’s great to visit at least one from the sea! Could you tell me if you are in the same villa this year which I seem to remember was quite high up above the harbour, or are you lower down near the harbour? We would very much like to return but to be at a lower level and not sure many of the apartments/villas are actually down in the village are they? Recognised the first pic you sent from the harbour where you were looking out to the water and the fort will have been on the headland to your left I think? Nowhere calls us back as Italy does!
