Meet Angélique: Academic, Anti-Ageism Advocate & All Round Style Icon
Angélique is a prominent member of our online community of older women, 'The Super Troopers', and also featured in one of our 'Tricia Talks' interviews in early 2021
In her interview, she spoke passionately about her belief that older women should continue to feel empowered and confident as they age
When asked her favourite Look Fabulous Forever product, Angélique said:

Angélique dresses fashionably in bright, zesty colours which reflect her exuberant personality. This comes as no surprise given her varied and exciting professional life. She says:
"I’m an author, academic, fashion designer and styling coach and I am passionate about each of these activities that form a big part of my identity. Clothes are important to me both personally as well as professionally. I am attracted to classical styles not only for their quality but also because they are much more in keeping with my values of slow fashion"
Angélique splits her time between two beautiful parts of the world: North-East England by golden beaches and the River Tyne, and the South of France, nestled in the mountains of the Occitanie region
She loves nothing more than cooking a candlelit evening meal, accompanied by a glass of good French wine. Angelique favours simple and mainly vegetarian or fish dishes, using good quality, nourishing ingredients
We asked Angélique who she finds most inspirational. She said:
"Given that I am a passionate and outspoken advocate, both verbal and in the written word, against ageism wherever I find it, I was delighted to discover Look Fabulous Forever and I was inspired by Tricia as an excellent role model to older women. At the pinnacle of inspirational older women, has to be our own Queen Elizabeth. What an amazing woman!"
