Thank you so much lovely lady, for all you are and these words of positivity and encouragement. I so miss my daughter and granddaughters, who reside in Scotland and thank goodness for video calls, for we don't know when we'll see each other next. Blessings for a good 2021 for you and your family, Tricia.

Belated birthday greeting to you Tricia, like you I’m a December baby. I’ll be 70 on New Year’s Eve.I’ve been using your products for over 2 years, since I was widowed unexpectedly .My silver lining has been my support bubble of my eldest son and family. This meant I could still see them and they me. As I live out in the sticks of Herefordshire, self isolation hasn’t been a problem, in-fact you could say I’ve been rehearsing for the last two years! My 10 year old grandson showed me how to use zoom and in the first lock down read me the book the ice monster by David Williams, chapter by chapter. They all came to spend Christmas with me as I have so much more room for the grandchildren to play outside. What joy when the snow came yesterday and they spent hours outside making snow men and having snow ball fights. I have seen so much more of them this year. On my 69 th birthday I was in the air on my way to Australia to see my brother , then together we went to Singapore for a few days before going on to The Philippines to see our sister who runs a burns charity there. triplebcareprojects.org Never heard of Covid . How lucky was I ? I’ve even given zoom presentations about my sister’s charity and my visit to her to help raise funds for her new clinic project. For my 70th birthday I’ve arranged a zoom call with them all. Inspired by your love of earrings I took the plunge and had my ears pierced for the first time the day before the 2nd lock down so spent the time twiddling the studs and planning what new earrings to buy. So my 70th birthday will see me sporting the outrageous kerpow earrings from Toolally. Well if you can’t wear them on your 70th birthday when can you wear them.? My very best wishes to you and your family for 2021

You came up as one of the people to be so thankful for as we reflected on 2020. The smiles and encouragement you created through daily Tea Time at the Ritz for so many people from early on in the pandemic was a feat of excellence and determination. You are an inspirational woman Tricia and your integrity and honesty shine through in all you do. Thank you for all you have done, all you are doing and all you will do to keep all of our spirits up through these challenging times. God bless you and bring you much happiness and success in 2021. Warmly Helen
