How?

- Take Powder Blue, Cobalt Blue and Midnight Blue, and sweep the colours over the entire eyelid

- Take a Wedge Shadow Brush 8 and use the middle shade as a thick eyeliner along your lash line

- Mascara is essential, if you only have time to do one thing, put on some mascara as it makes a massive difference to how your eyes look
